East Coast Run

Yea today went East Coast run with Xavier (Poly friend cum classmate). Hey today is a remarkable day lehz! Why???

Because this is the 1st time he completed the 8km run...haha normally he only run from Mac to Jetty and we start walking back le, and this is the 5th time go ECP run with him and we finally accomplish the 8km run together for the 1st time and end the race unexpectectly early at 7pm. Also with my new running shoes~MIZUNO brand (yea changed le after wearing NIKE brand for 12 years) MIZUNO makes mi feel like flying as the shoes are so light.

Thanks Xavier for your valuable opinion,advice cum feedback today! Really enlighten me and I have a strange feeling that God is lending your mouth to give mi the right advice. Why? Jus a kind of feeling that came to my thought while I was on my way home on the bus.

The "Lobster Puff" dim sum bluffed de, only got prawns and fishcake inside. And still never get to eat the dessert yet (2 times of failure attempts, why they closed so early???)

While on my way home on bus 16, passed by Kallang River~wow the scenery was unexpectally beautiful lehz, next time mus go there walk walk, stroll stroll...
